CIRCUIT COURT PAYMENT SIGN UP SHEET - Click here
This information is required when signing up in the Sheriff's office for a payment agreement assessed by the Circuit Court.
FAILURE TO VACATE WARRANT
For cases of non-payment of rent, the renter/tenant must be served in person either by the landlord or by a Sheriff’s Deputy ($25.00 charge) with an Eviction Notice. This notice gives the renter/tenant ten (10) days from the day of the service to vacate the premises. If this does not occur, a Sheriff’s Deputy will be assigned to issue the renter/tenant a Citation to Appear in District Court for the criminal offense of Failure to Vacate/Failure to Pay Rent, which is a misdemeanor.
This form can be obtained through the Circuit Clerk's Office at the Courthouse.
Show probable cause that a juvenile has committed a crime and that he/she should report to the Juvenile Officer.
This form is used after an Incident Report has been filed with the Cross County Sheriff's Office to summon to District Court an individual who has committed a misdemeanor crime, not in an Officer's Presence.
