Drug Arrest

On 05/30/2019 Sgt. Clanton and Deputy G. Melton initiated a traffic stop on on falls Blvd. to failure to wear a seat belt. Upon approach of the vehicle the driver was identified as Xzavier Nelson (31,Wynne). Deputies determined his drivers license were suspended and he had been consuming intoxicating beverages and .3 grams of cocaine was located on his person. Nelson was transported to the Cross County Jail where he will have a bond set on 05/30/2019.
