On 03/12/2019 Captain Colvin and Deputy Pigue' initiated a traffic stop in Parkin on a vehicle operated by Billy Carnes. During a search of the vehicle they located drug paraphernalia and a loaded 38 caliber revolver. Billy Carnes who is a convicted felon will be issued a bond at a later date.
