Arson Arrest

On 03/27/2018 at approx.. 1728 hours Deputy Tuck and Det. Sgt. Nichols responded to Hwy 49 south to assist the Fair Oaks Fire Department and the Wynne Fire Department with a structure fire. While on scene the Detective and Deputy came into contact with David Lee. David Lee told them that he burnt the structure because he was bored. David Lee was subsequently arrested and charged with the below crimes. David Lee is currently being held in the Cross County Jail and will receive a bond 03/29/2018.
