Burglary Arrest

On 02/09/2018 Deputies were dispatched to a residence on CR 744 in reference to a burglary report. Deputies made contact with the victim who stated when they arrived home they noticed there door was open and the house was ransacked. During the investigation Detectives generated Justin Reed as the suspect. Upon further investigation Detectives developed probable cause to arrest Reed. Justin Reed has been charged with the below crimes and is currently in Cross County Jail on a $10,000.00 bond as well a an Arkansas Department of Corrections hold.

Residential Burglary A.C.A. 5-39-201 (Class B Felony)

Theft of Property Over $1000.00 A.C.A. 5-36-103 (Class D Felony)
