Felony Domestic Arrest

On 01/25/2018 Deputies were dispatched to CR 344 in reference to a domestic altercation. After arriving on scene and gathering information, Joshua Hulsey (30, Cherry Valley was arrested and charged with the below crimes. Hulsey is currently being held at the Cross County Jail on a $50,000  bond.

Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member (Class D Felony)

Domestic Battery 3rd Degree (Class A Misd.)

Interference With Emergency Communication (Class A Misd.)
