The Cross County Circuit Clerk, Rhonda Sullivan, has received several phone calls regarding delinquent tax notices from Oceanside, CA. They claim that they can settle your debt for a lot less than you owe on State and Federal liens.  This is a SCAM, DO NOT CALL OR SEND MONEY. If you are not sure bring your letter to the Circuit Clerks Office and they will assist you.
