Floyd Canard who was reported missing on 08/12/2017 has been located. In the early morning hours of 08/15/2017 while a farmer was checking his crop at a rural location in St. Francis County, he found Mr. Canard and his vehicle that was stuck. We regret to inform you that Mr.Canard was pronounced deceased on scene. At this time there is no foul play suspected however Mr. Canard will be sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for an autopsy due to the death being unattended. We would like to thank the public for all of their help and tips that were submitted. Please keep the family in your prayers during this difficult time.
