Christopher Tyler Davis and Kyle B. Farmer arrested on multiple felony charges

Kyle Farmer.pngKyle B. Farmer, age 20 of Wynne were arrested and charged with felony charges on two separate cases. Both cases involved a break in and theft at Wilbur Taylor Machine Shop.  The first break in, in December 2016 several vehicle parts were stolen but have been recovered during the investigation.  As a result of the investigation, Christopher Tyler Davis and Kyle B. Farmer were charged with :Commercial Burglary Class C Felony, Theft of Property Class D Felony and Criminal Trespassing Class B Misd. Bond was set at $25,000.00 each for these charges.

On February 6, 2017 a second break in occurred, rims and tires were stolen from a vehicle inside the shop, then the shop was set on fire. As a result of the investigation, Christopher Tyler Davis and Kyle B. Farmer were charged with : Arson Class A Felony, Commercial Burglary Class C Felony, Theft of Property Class D Felony, Criminal Trespassing Class B. Misd.
Bond was set at $100,000.00 for each person.

This investigation is still ongoing, the property has not been recovered that was stolen from the second break in.

First Appearance was held in Cross County District Court before Judge Mike Smith this morning, Feb. 16,2017. Charges have been transferred to Cross County Circuit Court, first hearing to be held April 3, 2017.
