Brandon James Hess, age 24 of Wynne was arrested on Monday, November 17, 2014.

Deputy Orman responded to a Residential Burglary call on Friday, November 14, 2014. After further investigation Mr. Brandon James Hess was charged with Breaking and Entering, Theft of Property and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Bond was set at $20,000.00
