Drug Arrest

On 10/04/2017 at approx. 1530 hours Deputies made contact with Jessi Miller (25, Hickory Ridge) while investigating a child endangerment investigation. During this contact Deputies located methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Jessi Miller was arrested and charged with the below criminal statues. Miller is currently being held at the Cross County Jail awaiting a bond.

Possession of Schedule I controlled Substance "methamphetamine" (Class D Felony)

Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance "marijuana"  (Class A Misd.)

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class D Felony)

Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 1st Degree "2 counts" (Class D Felony)
