Rene Patrick Bourassa appeared at a preliminary hearing before District Judge Joseph Boeckmann.

Judge Boeckmann ordered Rene Bourassa held without bond on charges of Capital Murder, Theft of Property, Fraudulent Use of A Credit Card/Card or Account, Commercial Burglary and Aggravated Robbery.

Mr. Bourassa was bound over for a hearing scheduled in Circuit Court on July 12, 2010.
