Deputy Clanton was on patrol on Thursday, April 22, 2010  observed a vehicle traveling East while a female was walking in front of the vehicle.  The female was identified as Karrie Watts, age 33.  Karrie Warrants had an outstanding warrant from another county.  Upon further investigation, Karrie Watts was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth), Possession of Controlled Substance Xanax, Morphine and Promethazine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
