Alfreddie Neal, age 43 of Wynne and Effie Grice, age 45 were both arrested on Friday, April 16, 2010.

Both were charged with Possession of Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Deputy Clanton was on patrol when he noticed suspicous activity between Neal and Grice on Martin Luther King Drive and Williams Street, Friday , April 16,2010. After a foot chase Deputy Clanton was able to apprehend both and arrest them.
