Routine Traffic Stop leads to Drug Arrest on February 18, 2010

James Cornelius Young, age 35, of Wynne, Arkansas was arrested on Thursday, February 18, 2010 for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drinking on the Highway.

Deputy Allen Clanton made a routine traffic stop and upon further investigation during the traffic stop found the drugs.
