Kevin Cecil age 39, Rubin Hill age 41 and Carmen Hill age 42 were arrested as a result of a theft and drug investigation. 

Sgt. Keith Vaughn was at the residence at 420 Hwy 1B in Cherry Valley, Monday 11/30/09 making contact with Kevin Cecil regarding stolen property.  In the process of the search ,components to manufacture methamphetamine and the finished product was discovered.  Bond was set for each individual at $15,000.00.
