On 08/13/09 on or about 6:37 pm. Mike and Connie Boger who live at # 74cr233 in Vanndale,AR were arrested at their home for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a Class"A" misdemeanor . Connie Boger was also charged with Failure to Appear on Shoplifting a $710.00 dollar bond issued out of Wynne and $330.00 bond issued out of Cherry Valley for Failure to Appear . Conni Boger is scheduled to appear in Wynne District Court at 9:00 am on Monday 17,2009. Also arrested along with The Bogers were Sherry Wells,James Martin and Lisa Bradford they all three were charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a Class "A" misdemeanor and were schedule for a 09/14/09 court appearance at 09:00 am. Mike Bogers scheduled court appearance will be 09/14/09.
