Patty Ann Davis, age 39 of Wynne was arrested and charged with felony charges during a routine traffic stop.

Ms. Davis was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Defective Equipment.

BOND was set at $3,000.00
